Collection and Delivery
Getting your items to us
If you have items for us to engraving then you can:
- Book an appointment and deliver them direct to our workshop
- Send the item by post or courier to our office address
- We can arrange to pick up the items from your premises; however, this will include a small fee.
Delivering you items to you
When we have completed the work on your items we can:
- Book an appointment for you to collect them from our workshop
- Send the items by post or courier to your address
- We can arrange a personal delivery to you premises
Urgent deliveries
It's really important that we know when you need you items by so that they don't arrive late. If you can tell us the date of the event the awards are needed for when you place your order that would help to avoid this sort of problem.
In time is tight then paying more for a guaranteed delivery time or a personal delivery may well be the best option.
