Engraving and Other Services
-
Flat-bed Engraving
We specialise in mechanical engraving. It gives a brighter finish than other techniques on the items we that engrave.
Our flat-bed engraver is ideal for metal plates, slavers and most things that do nor have a significant curvature.
-
Rotary Engraving
We use a U-MARQ Universal-350 as our primary engraving machine. It allows us to engrave cups or other round (or curved) items that are up to 254mm diameter (10”), and up to 406mm (16”) in length (depending on item), for example:
- Cups
- Candle holders
- Hip flasks
We have third-party suppliers that can engraver larger cups, or provide laser engraving for smaller items like signet rings.
-
Sublimations
Dye sublimation is a process that allows us to transfer colour images to various different types of materials. These include:
- Medals and award centres
- Aluminium sheets
- Brass sheets
- Acrylic blocks
- Glass blocks
This process works for text as well as pictures. We can transfer your artwork onto items up to A4
-
Glass Engraving
We have our own sandblasting equipment that we use on a variety of products including:
- Glass awards
- Jade Glass
- Glasses (e.g. Whisky, Brandy, Beer, Wine)
- Decanters
- Bottles
- Mirrors
Despite the name, we use aluminium oxide rather than sand for glass engraving because it gives a much better finish.

Miscellaneous
We're happy to help you with your problems. If we can't deal with your issue then we probably know someone who can.
For example, Harrow School asked us to try and polish this cup but, unfortunately, it couldn't be done as all the silver plate had been polished off (this cup is over 100 years old). We took it back two weeks later looking like new, after being replated in Hatton Garden.

Artwork
The artwork files are at the core of all our engraving. From a single word to a complex design using text, graphics and company logos.
We can take your ideas and create a design for you.
We can take your design and turn it into engravable files.
Whatever you need we will always make sure that you are happy with the final design before we start our engraving.
